- Holds a bachelor's degree in Usuluddin from Al-Azhar University in Egypt and a master's in Arabic language education from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), after a teaching diploma at UIAM and the STAM at Madrasah Nahdhah in Kedah.[1]
- Contested the Tampin parliamentary seat at the 2022 general election on a Berjasa ticket, taking 1.3% of the vote.[2]
