Background

• Born in Felda Tunggal, Penggerang, aged 47 and based in Bandar Penawar.[1]
• Holds a Master's in Technical Education (Instructional Design and Technology) from UTHM, Batu Pahat.[1]
• A former director of Kolej Komuniti Kota Tinggi (Ministry of Higher Education) in 2022.[1]
• Now a motivation and training consultant and founder of Akademi Imam Nizar (since 2023), after 22 years in public service as an educator and administrator.[2]
• Known as 'Cikgu Imam Nizar'; currently studying in UTHM's Professional Imam Executive programme.[3]
• Academic career: a lecturer at Politeknik Shah Alam (2000-2003), then deputy academic director and lecturer at Kolej Komuniti Bandar Penawar (2003-2022).[3][4]
• Active in the Pengerang community: a Bersatu Pengerang division committee member, chair of the Johor health-clinic advisory panel, deputy president of the Johor Judo Association, a trustee of Yayasan Makmur Pengerang, and chairman and imam of Surau Mutiara Desaru.[3]
