Background
- Penawar assemblywoman for BN (UMNO) since 12 March 2022, having won the N38 seat with 12,409 votes (66.98%) and a 7,505 majority, defeating three opponents.[1]
- Before politics, she worked as a FELDA public-relations officer (Pegawai Seranta) under the Prime Minister's Department.[2]
- Wanita UMNO chief for the Pengerang division; she also sits on the Kolej Komuniti Bandar Penawar committee, the Hospital Visitors Board and the Pengerang Municipal Council.[3][2]
- A board member of the South-East Johor Development Authority (KEJORA) since 2022.[1]
- As Penawar assemblywoman, she championed the 2024 Festival Nusantara Pengerang, themed "Melayu Nusantara", which drew participants from five countries to strengthen Malay identity and arts.[4]

- Active in the Pengerang community: a Bersatu Pengerang division committee member, chair of the Johor health-clinic advisory panel, deputy president of the Johor Judo Association, a trustee of Yayasan Makmur Pengerang, and chairman and imam of Surau Mutiara Desaru.[3]
