A retired educator with a Master of Education in Malay Language (UPSI, 2006), Md Yusof Dawam is the PH candidate for N33, serving as secretary of Sahabat Penggerak Madani Johor and chief auditor of the Johor government retirees' cooperative.
Muhamad Amerul, a 35-year-old son of Felda Tenggaroh Dua holding a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, is a Perikatan Nasional candidate who served as student representative council president and later as special officer to a Johor assemblyman.
