Background

• Chief of the Amanah Port Dickson area and a member of the Amanah Negeri Sembilan leadership committee since 2015.[1]
• A Port Dickson Municipal Council member since 2023 (previously 2018–2020) and the Bagan Pinang seat coordinator from 2020 to 2023.[1]
• Chairman of the Lukut health clinic advisory panel since 2025 and a board member of Klana Resort Seremban since 2019.[1]
• Active in community service: deputy chairman of an environmental and occupational-safety body (Nesh Care), a school PTA committee member, and a former chairman of PASTI Port Dickson (2004–2009).[1]
• A former Silat Seni Gayong coach (1991–1993) and recipient of an honorary doctorate from the World Silat Academy in 2024.[1]
• Holds an SPM from SMK Tanah Merah and an MLVK certificate from Kolej Juara Nilai; from Kampung Sawah Chuah, Bukit Pelanduk, and married to Siti Hajar Kasim.[1]
