  • In November 2014, he was charged at the Seremban Sessions Court with one count of criminal breach of trust under Section 406 of the Penal Code, over RM14,940 paid to a company while he was a director. He pleaded not guilty and was released on RM10,000 bail. The final outcome of the case has not been publicly reported.[2]
