• A long career in electronics manufacturing: Matsushita Micromotor (1990-1995), Samsung Electronic Device (1995-2000) and a factory-engineering management executive at Panasonic Communication (2000-2020).[1]
• An Amanah leader: chief of the Johor Amanah agriculture and rural-development bureau, deputy Amanah Kulai chief, and treasurer of the Johor Amanah communications bureau (2015-2019).[1]
• Active in farmers' organisations: deputy chairman of Geraktani Johor and a former special officer to the chairman of the Farmers' Organisation Authority (LPP) in 2020; a former UiTM Shah Alam student representative council president (1988-1990).[1]
