Saifullah Abdul Wahab

A catering entrepreneur and former Umrah pilgrimage guide with a bachelor's degree in Usuluddin from UNISHAMS, Saifullah Abdul Wahab is a PAS candidate for Perikatan Nasional and an organiser in the PAS Segamat youth wing; he earlier studied in Egypt and was active in PMRAM.
Background
- Aged 36; one of PAS's 11 candidates in the 2026 Johor election, most of them new faces.[1]

- From SMA Al Khairiyah Segamat; first came to notice at the Ihtifal Ilmi SMA Johor competition in Mersing in 2006.[3]
- Studied in Egypt from 2009, placed at Tanta; active as an organiser in the Malay Federation of Egypt (PMRAM) and the Johor students' welfare body there.[3]
- Returned to Malaysia and earned a bachelor's degree in Usuluddin from UNISHAMS in Kedah; his secondary schooling was at SMA Al-Khairiah Segamat and Maahad Johor.[4]
- A catering entrepreneur since 2015 and a former Umrah pilgrimage guide (mutawif) from 2022 to 2024.[4]
- Holds several posts in the PAS Youth wing at Johor state and Segamat division level, including head of the Segamat youth-and-student development department (2023-2025) and secretary of PASTI Firdaus Segamat.[4]
