  • Aged 56 in 2023; an engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM).[3]
  • A Professional Engineer (Ir.) and Professional Technologist (Ts.); an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer.[3]
  • Served as Head of the Engineering Department at Muar Municipal Council (MPM).[4][1]
  • An Amanah member and deputy chief of the Bakri division.[4][2]
  • The 14th of 17 siblings; his father served as a village head for 29 years.[1][5]

  • Pledged to solve the drainage problems causing flash floods and to improve the local economy.[6]
