Background
- Aged 36; one of PAS's 11 candidates in the 2026 Johor election, most of them new faces.[1]
- Standing for PAS under Perikatan Nasional in Jementah, a three-cornered fight for a seat DAP has held since 2022.[2]
- From SMA Al Khairiyah Segamat; first came to notice at the Ihtifal Ilmi SMA Johor competition in Mersing in 2006.[3]
- Studied in Egypt from 2009, placed at Tanta; active as an organiser in the Malay Federation of Egypt (PMRAM) and the Johor students' welfare body there.[3]
- Returned to Malaysia and continued his studies at UNISHAMS in Kedah; active at division level and in PASTI.[3]
